Customer service department
The department includes 15 skilled and experienced service technicians, 15 mobile units scattered throughout the country, ready to serve our customers 24 hours a day.
The service department is set to provide solutions at the company's workshop up to the level of general renovation to all types of engines and winding generators. The company has a lab for renovating turbo chargers and injection pumps.
 
The service is provided in the following fields:
Service and maintenance of all known types of diesel generators.
Refurbish and repair of voltage and speed regulators
both mechanical and electrical.
Refurbish and repair of fuel pumps, turbo chargers, injectors and radiators.
Refurbish and repair of engines (including overhauls) and re-winding of generators.
Service and electric maintenance at pump stations, water stations and WWTP.
Service contracts on the basis of pro-active periodic maintenance or by service calls.
Load-testing generators using mobile load units (up to 2.5MW).
 
The company has thousands most satisfied customers (among them, many customers which are defined as "especially sensitive", for they deal with peoples' lives, state defense and emergency
situations).
 
Renting Equipment
The company has a fleet of 150 generators, ready to serve our customers 24 hours a day. All generators are noise-attenuated and were put to service in the last years. Some of the generators are installed on self-contained trailers and can be towed by a small
vehicle.
The company owns 4 towable load-bank devices, providing a combined capacity of up to 2.5MW, available for rent (accompanied by a technician and power cables).
